SECULT is a direct administration body responsible for formulating, planning, and implementing state public policies for the area of ​​culture, with the scope of action being to guarantee citizens the full exercise of their rights to culture, through freedom of creation, expression, and intellectual and artistic production, and access to sources and forms of cultural expression.

 

Creation of printed material for SECULT with the objective of publicizing the programming of the Cultural Circuit with events taking place throughout the State of Espírito Santo.
