SEGER's responsibilities include developing studies for the reformulation of policies in the State of Espírito Santo, planning, coordinating, and executing human resources, general administration, and asset management activities, promoting and implementing policies and guidelines related to institutional modernization within the state's Public Administration, and managing operating expenses within the State's Public Administration.

 

The Voices Choir is an initiative aimed at bringing employees closer together and motivating them in the development of musical learning. Within this context, an advertisement was created to encourage Espírito Santo government employees to participate in the Voices Choir.
